To safely clean above the waterline without runoff, use this controlled method:
Spray Acid Machine Clean directly onto a microfiber towel—not the boat. Buff it onto the surface in small sections, let it dwell for 15–30 seconds, then wipe off with a clean towel. Follow up with a damp towel and mild soap to neutralize any leftover product.

Will it leave my aluminum looking like a mirror?

Not necessarily. Acid macjine clean is designed to remove oxidation, stains, mineral buildup, and grime from aluminum, but they are not a metal polish. While they can significantly brighten and improve the appearance of aluminum, heavily oxidized or dull surfaces may still require polishing afterward to achieve a true mirror-like finish. Results will vary depending on the condition and type of aluminum.

Do I need to neutralize it after use?
